A growing family's evolving needs required reconfiguring a compact 90 m² home by adding a new bedroom, improving shared spaces, and refreshing the overall interior—all within a limited renovation budget.
I approached the project by prioritizing spatial efficiency and flexibility. The layout was redesigned to accommodate new functional requirements while maximizing the existing structure, minimizing demolition, and reducing construction costs. Since the client had no preferred design style, I proposed a clean, timeless concept that could be implemented gradually through a phased renovation process aligned with the available budget.
