The project involved expanding an existing 60 m² residence into a two-story home while preserving as much of the existing structure as possible. The main challenge was to accommodate additional living spaces without extensive demolition, ensuring the renovation remained practical, structurally efficient, and within the client's budget.
The design maximized the potential of the existing building by integrating a second floor with minimal structural intervention. Spaces were reorganized to improve functionality, while construction was planned using cost-effective materials and methods to achieve an efficient and affordable renovation.
