The project focuses on creating a two-story boarding house that balances private living with opportunities for social interaction. The challenge was to provide comfortable personal spaces while integrating communal areas that encourage interaction between residents.
The layout is organized through a modular approach, creating a clear and functional arrangement of private and shared spaces. Communal spaces on each floor serve as gathering points, while the composition of massing, openings, vegetation, and facade elements creates a simple yet distinctive architectural identity.
